Meet Lynda Martz
I was born and raised in the Greater Redding – Shasta County area. My extensive knowledge of this area uniquely qualifies me to assist buyers and sellers in relocating and realizing their real estate goals.
My family and I enjoy the quality of life we experience here in Upstate California. Beginning with a slightly slower pace of life, to outdoor activities, friends, family, church, shopping, and glorious weather, I find something new to love about Shasta County everyday. There is always something to do, see, or enjoy. This is a friendly place to live.
Some of our favorite places to visit are the Lassen National Forest and just a short drive away, the Oregon Coast. We love baseball, snow skiing, the lakes, mountain biking, and the Sacramento River Trail.
I have been a Realtor® since 1993 and have enjoyed much professional success and personal enjoyment from helping my clients pursue their dream of home ownership and investment. Identify them by the Realtor logo - a stylized block "R" on their business card, membership card, or other marketing literature.

Level of experience needn't be the sole arbiter, but it helps! Success is more attitude than aptitude.
- What professional designations do you have?
Realtor's designations, the initials following their name, show they've completed a course or specialty education. Designations indicate a high level of commitment to staying current.
